We use your information to provide and improve our services, process your design requests, communicate with you about your account, and send relevant notifications.

  • Provide and maintain the BookContainerHouse platform and its features.
  • Process and store your container house designs and configurations.
  • Connect you with authorized dealers for quotes and purchases.
  • Send account-related notifications, design updates, and relevant marketing communications (with opt-out).
  • Analyze platform usage to improve our services, 3D rendering performance, and user experience.

  • Service Providers: We use trusted third-party services for email delivery (Resend), cloud storage (Alibaba OSS), and analytics. These providers are contractually bound to protect your data.
  • Legal Compliance: We may disclose information if required by law, court order, or to protect the rights and safety of our users and platform.

5. Cookies & Tracking

BookContainerHouse uses essential cookies for authentication, session management, and security. We also use analytics cookies to understand how users interact with the platform. You can manage cookie preferences through your browser settings. Our 3D customizer uses local storage to save your design progress.

6. Data Retention

We retain your account information and saved designs for as long as your account is active. Dealer accounts and associated data are retained for the duration of the dealership relationship. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time. Inactive accounts may be automatically anonymized after 24 months of inactivity.

7. International Data Transfers

BookContainerHouse operates globally. Your data may be processed and stored in servers located in different jurisdictions. We ensure that appropriate data transfer mechanisms (such as Standard Contractual Clauses) are in place to protect your data regardless of where it is processed.

8. Children's Privacy

BookContainerHouse is not intended for users under the age of 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us immediately.
